For almost two decades, the colleagues at Liebe · Sutor · Gawlowski have been advising and supporting leading international companies in filling top management positions. Our core business is executive search at the highest level – discreet, precise, international. It is precisely this experience, this knowledge, and these insights into decision-making processes at board and committee level that we now want to make available to candidates in an exclusive consulting format due to increasing demand.

Our team includes a psychologist and a certified systemic organizational consultant from the WIBK (Scientific Institute for Consulting and Communication, headed by Prof. Dr. Eckard König; recognized by the German Society for Systemic Organizational Consulting (GSOB) e.V.). 

In individual one-on-one conversations, we provide a rare, unfiltered look at the mechanisms and criteria that determine careers in reality. Unlike “traditional career advisors,” we don't just look at resumes and application documents, but draw on nearly two decades of successful client work with international family businesses, global market leaders, and publicly traded corporations.

We cater to people who are seeking clarity for themselves:
